Illustration
Here are a few projects I completed during my Illustration class, where I explored various techniques to create engaging and visually appealing illustrations. From digital tools to traditional mediums like paint and paper, this class allowed me to experiment creatively and develop new skills—all while having a lot of fun! The pieces I have included were my favorite.
Date: Aug. 2024-Dec.2025
Class: Illustration
Project Type: Pattern Making, Spot Illustration, Branding
Repeat Pattern
For this assignment, I designed three unique figures
(cow, sheep, and horse) and selected a season (winter)to create a seamless repeat pattern in Illustrator.
Abraham Lincoln
Created using David Grove’s watercolor method, this piece was designed as a spot illustration for a history-focused magazine article about US Presidents.
FUN FACT: Abraham Lincoln was chosen for his “distinctive” features, but I like to think my portrait brought out his handsome side.
Beer Label
FFor this project, I chose Bridger Brewing in Bozeman and replicated its style and branding. I created a Hefeweizen beer named "Heiferweizen," featuring illustrations of cows in an eastern Montana setting with flat terrain and towering cumulus clouds.
